4th Annual NorCal Bachelor Trip
Its this time of the year again - NorCal Snowboarders are getting ready for another epic trip to Mt. Bachelor in Oregon!
Here are all the basic details:
This will be a 4 day trip, leaving Thursday, February 26th, arriving in Bend, Oregon Thursday evening. We will be riding Friday, Saturday, Sunday, returning to back to NorCal on Sunday night.
Total cost for this trip is as follows:
$430 This includes almost EVERYTHING... gas for your driver, lodging for 3 nights (Thur, Fri, and Sat; cabin-style rooms with full kitchens, fireplace and access to the jacuzzi), 3 lift tickets (Friday Saturday and Sunday), Saturday private Tubing party and Sunday Lasagna lunch. Your only added expenses will be a few meals and any additional entertainment you wish to partake in (bars, restaurants, etc.)
$387 The only difference for this option is if you attended a Teton Gravity "Higher" movie back in September. The movie ticket comes with complimentary Sunday-Friday day lift tick which you can use for Friday. So you will only need 2-day lift ticket (Sat & Sun) which brings the cost lower to $385. Everything from above (gas, lodging, tubing party, lunch) stays the same.

CARPOOL:
We'll be carpooling up to Bend Oregon, which is about a 8 hour drive. If you are willing to drive, please state in your RSVP how many you can take COMFORTABLY with gear. The carpool fee is $120 to cover your round trip.(Drivers cost for the trip will be $120 lower since they are not paying a carpool fee)
Please be aware that we will be leaving Oregon on Sunday afternoon after a day of boarding/skiing, so those who don't feel they can handle the 8 hour drive should not volunteer.
LODGING:
We'll be staying at Mount Bachelor Village Resort which put us up the last 3 years. It's a great resort offering Ski House lofts with full kitchens, Fireplace, Washer & Dryer, and just a short drive to both Downtown Bend, as well as to the mountain. Each Ski House sleeps 4-8 people. Should you wish to have your own room (cost will be additional), let me know and I can make the arrangements.
HOW TO JOIN:
There are small number of open spaces for this trip, so if you want in, you MUST PUT IN YOUR DEPOSIT. Simply RSVPing on MeetupDOES NOT guarantee you a spot!
If you're interested in this trip, you'll need to place your first deposit of $150 before Tuesday, December 30th.

The next $150 installment will be due by Friday, January 16th and the remaining balance ($130 or $85 depending if you need 2 or 3 day lift ticket) will be due by Monday February 8th. Once you place your deposit, it is NON-REFUNDABLE as we need to pre-purchase the lift tickets and lodging, so please be sure you can make the trip before putting in your initial deposit!

Installment 2 - DUE JANUARY 16TH - $150
Installment 3 - DUE FEBRUARY 8TH - $130/$85
