It's once again that time of year for NorCal Snowboarders to show our love for the outdoors and see what CANADA is all ABOOT!!  Flights are VERY limited, so book your flights ASAP!!

ARRIVING IN ALBERTA CANADA

Since we are renting vehicles, we should ALL plan to arrive within an hour of each other. 

FLIGHT WINDOWS ARE THESE:

• Arrival Window on Jun 15th -12pm-2pm 

• Depart Window on Jun 22nd - Anytime after 3pm, please DO NOT book anything prior, because you WILL miss your flight!! 

OUR FLIGHT INFO:

Wed 6/15 SMF 6:15am-YYC at 12:14pm (1hr 13min layover in SLC)

Wed 6/22 YYC 6:20pm-SMF at 9:59pm (1 hr layover in SEA)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

The following are the payments and the dates, please note payments are NON-REFUNDABLE as we are booking all the activities in advance.

Payment 1: $150 due upon RSVP

Payment 2: $250 due April 30th

Payment 3: $250 due May 31th

There are absolutely NO REFUNDSonce any monie(s) are received. I am NOT a travel agency that has the time nor the obligation to find a replacement for you. So please check the dates, flight info, and your availability prior to RSVP'ing  and committing.

The cost includes: 

• Rental car for 8 days (3 SUV's) 

• 7 nights lodging (2 nights near Mt. Robson, 3 nights Jasper National Park (Cabins), 2 nights BANFF National Park (camping: tents, sleeping bag, etc included). 

• Rafting class 3+ in Jasper 

• Camping Equipment

**Food, and flight will be your responsibilities, everything else is covered**

**At end of trip, all gas will be divided amongst all participants and collected via PAYPAL afterwards**
